OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Where we deliver?
-UK, Europe & Worldwide Delivery-
*Everything we ship, we insure so no risk for both parties!
We deliver to any country in the world, anywhere with a valid address, typical delivery times are between 1 and 10 working days.
We will use the most appropriate carrier for your order, anything lost in transit will be replaced in a timely manner, all orders are sent using recognized postal carriers and couriers. On heavy and bulky items the charges can be quite high so please enquire via e-mail or WhatsApp for an exact cost to avoid misunderstandings.
Delivery times are based on current workloads, we try to dispatch in stock orders within 3 days of receipt, if your order is urgent please add a note in the order comments box. Occasionally we may run out of stock of an item or if it is built to order (power supply’s, mains leads etc.) it could take slightly longer to dispatch.
FREE UK Delivery 1-2 working days
FREE UK delivery applies to everything (no minimum spend).In-stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 days Monday – DPD Local 'Next Day Service'. Large/heavy items may be sent using TNT Express.
International Deliveries 3-10 working days
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Our international rates are some of the best available. For all orders, we offer a selection of premium courier services from UPS/DHL/FedEx/TNT.

How Will My Items Be Protected During Transit?
We will always prepare your order for shipping with the highest level of care. We take a great deal of pride in providing you with the highest standard of packaging and as a result, we can confidently assure you that all items will be well protected during transit. Some examples of packaging materials used include robust shipping cartons, courier satchels and padded mailing bags. For extra protection we also use padding materials such as bubble wrap, void fill (packing peanuts or foam chips etc.) and various other wrapping materials. Rest assured, we ship every single order with more than adequate packaging and protection that well and truly exceeds the recommended standard. This will ensure a safe delivery to your nominated address, every time. Everything we ship, we insure so no risk for both parties. We will always send your shipment registered.
30 DAY NO QUIBBLE RETURN POLICY. IF ANYTHING YOU BUY DOESN’T SUIT, SIMPLY CONTACT US TO RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND NO SHIPPING CHARGES.
All items on the site (except those made to order) can be returned under the consumer contracts regulations within 30 days. Please contact us prior to returning so we can discuss your requirements. If the item has been specially ordered (not specially made) we reserve the right to charge a nominal re-stocking fee. We expect any goods returned to be in new condition complete with original packaging otherwise we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Items classed as “tailor made” cannot be returned under the regulations although TL Electronics may accept the return under certain circumstances.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
